Before running the 30kWRCD AC load bank test equipment, the following items should be paid attention to: observe the output voltage of the generator, confirm whether the output voltage is 400V, if it is 380V, the power of each gear needs to be adjusted accordingly), observe the output of the generator Power, confirm that the corresponding square cable is connected to the terminal, confirm that the appropriate grounding protection cable is connected, confirm that the inlet and exhaust channels are clean, and the site is well ventilated. Make sure that the hot air discharged from the exhaust channel does not enter the intake channel to cause circulation. Turn off the fan switch and start the fan. If the wind blows to the air inlet, the phase sequence of the power supply is connected incorrectly. Adjust the phase sequence, close the load switch, and the load indicator light will be on.


Introduction to Control System


RCD AC load bank generally comes standard with manual one-key loading, and two operation modes of local touch screen control and remote automatic control can be customized. Click the Load OK button to begin the loading process. Start the shutter, then start the fan. After inputting the air volume signal, start the load. When unloading, first disconnect the load, when the temperature drops below the preset value, stop the fan and close the shutter. It should be noted that when loading and unloading here, due to the delay signal of the shutter, it is recommended to perform the opposite operation after one program cycle, and do not start and stop frequently. If there is an alarm signal input before starting, it cannot be started. If there is an alarm signal during operation, only the load is cut off, and the fan stops running after heat dissipation.


It should be noted that after all alarms (including emergency stop) occur, the start switch (signal) needs to be reset to prevent personal injury or equipment damage caused by sudden loading after the alarm is reset.
